Z-Fold Vintage Leaves Masculine Card

Here's a Fall Masculine Card using the Vintage Leaves Stamp Set and the corrugated paper.  I have been wanting to use this corrugated paper since my first order from the new catalog.  It was something that I almost missed when I looked at the new catalog.  In case you missed the paper, it should be on your next order!  I went with the Cajun Craze and Delightful Dijon to stamp the leaves on the very vanilla piece.  I used my favorite Gorgeous Grunge Stamp and the Early Espresso Ink to create the splatter.  I sponged the edges with the Early Espresso Ink.

Sunflower Festive Flower Punch

I love Sunflowers!  So when I saw this card that Connie Babbert from http://inkspiredtreasures.com/ made, I knew I had to make/case it.  The sunflower is made using the New Festive Flower Punch in the Holiday Catalog.  This punch is showcased in the catalog with a stamp set that makes poinsettias which I love as well.  It is great to have a punch that can be used all year and not just for Christmas.  I made a little smaller sunflower than the one Connie made.  My circle piece is using the 1-3/4" circle.  My backdrop is made using the Woodgrain Embossing Folder and a piece if Crumb Cake.  I inked the embossing folder with my brayer and Early Espresso Ink.   The saying comes from the Endless Thanks Stamp Set in the Main Catalog.  I used three layers of the petals of Hello Honey to create this sunflower.

Trick or Treat Window Scene

I was so happy when I saw the Hearth & Home Thinlits in the Holiday Catalog.  I wanted a window framelit the first time I saw the Brickwall Embossing Folder in the main catalog and I can't wait to put the two together.  Today I am showcasing the Stamp Set "Happy Scenes" that goes with the Hearth & Home Thinlits.  You can save 15% off when you purchase the bundle.

I stamped the pumpkins and tree image on a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and lightly sponged using So Saffron Ink for the Sky and Mossy Meadow for the Grass,  I used a scrap of Very Vanilla to stamped the pumpkins and fussy cut them and attached them to the image.  I colored the Pumpkins and Leaves using my Markers.

I stamped the image of the a Spider Web and Spider to a piece of Window Sheet using the Staz On Jet Black Ink.  Attached to the backside of my cutout Window.

The leaves are cutout using the Square Pillow Box Framelits and the saying is from A Little Something Stamp Set.  I did use the retired Artisan Label Punch for the saying that is on the Clearance Rack.  I like the size and convenience the punch and it works so well with the sayings in this stamp set.

The DSP used is from the Pretty Petals Designer Series Paper Stack.

Gold Vintage Leaves Thankful

I have spent some time playing with the Vintage Leaves and Framelits.   I really like them embossed in gold.  I stamped each leave on a scrap of colored cardstock using the Versa Mark Ink and Gold Embossing Powder.  Using my big shot and framelits to cut them out.  I decided to use one of my favorite but neglected Woodgrain Embossing folder as the backdrop for the leaves.  I used the Gold Foil to cut out the thankful from the thinlits in last year Holiday catalog.  I liked the look of the Burlap Ribbon behind the Gold Thankful. I added some of the gold thread behind the leaves to keep with the gold theme.  To finish the card, I used a cut down Washi Tape Label and punched out circles from the scrap of gold foil.

Celebrate the Season

I have been wanting to make a card using a technique similar to the Joseph's Coat Technique for some time.  I learned how to do this technique years ago and it was with a retired leave set and I always thought it made a great Autumn Card.  I was thinking of using the New Vintage Leaves Stamp Set, but the Vintage Leaves Stamps didn't work using the technique.   It was not until I was setting up my stamps that I received in my Holiday catalog pre-order that I noticed 2-stamp sets that looked like they would work - (A Little Something and Among the Branches).  This card is using the new "A Little Something" it is a stamp set that can be bundled with the New Square Pillow Box.
I pulled out another new stamp set "Happy Scenes".  I thought the image with the pumpkins and the falling leaves went well with the leaves falling on the background.   I am using some Mossy Meadow ribbon,, which is on the Clearance Rack.  The corners of the card layer is using the new Curvy Corner Trio Punch.

Lots of Labels Lattice Framelits Video

Here's a video for a card I made in July the Lots of Labels Lattice Card.  We made this card for my July Card Class and I wanted to give them a video for reference.

I hope to get smoother with these video's.  I felt like I was getting tongue tied in this video.  I hope it all makes sense.
